copy of the transfer instructions to fax number 401-867-3996. This
allows the gift to be identified when it arrives. If you physically
hold the shares, we need to receive the stock certificate and a
stock power. This stock power must include a guaranteed signature
and should, for security reasons, be sent in a separate envelope
